Harold Louis Brockhaus - Louisiana Risk Management Solutions

Based in Metairie, Louisiana, Harold “Chip” Louis Brockhaus has served as an insurance-focused risk and bond consultant for more than two decades. His work with the Alera Group meets the needs of clients spanning Louisiana for knowledgeable advice on risk management programs spanning human capital and assets. Harold Louis Brockhaus previously held a similar position with IUL/IUL Risk Solutions for many years, until its merger with Alera.

Chip Brockhaus’ range of professional knowledge extends to mergers and acquisitions integration and business development. He has guided commercial concerns in designing optimal insurance strategies across assets and employees. He began his career in 1986 as an Allstate Insurance Co. agent, owning and operating a Slidell office that provided dedicated commercial insurance services.

Chip Brockhaus maintains a strong presence in his community as a volunteer. He’s active as a Stephen Minister with St. Timothy on the Northshore, and recently traveled to Cuba to undertake missionary work there. His favorite activities include spending time with family and grandchildren and flying remote control aircraft.
